About
My name is Andy Donovan
I founded and led a specialist compliance consultancy and training provider for over a decade, growing it into a multi-million-pound advisory business before stepping down as CEO in 2025 following its acquisition by a large private equity group.

My career spans more than 20 years across legal practice, in-house roles, building and leading a professional services business, and coaching. This includes seven years at the Solicitors Regulation Authority, where I ultimately managed the General Counsel team and contributed to the development of the regulatory framework still in use today.
​
Over time, my work with investors and law firms expanded beyond regulatory support into broader business strategy and leadership development. Through Attuned Consulting, I continue to support ambitious lawyers and law firms on regulatory matters and training, alongside broader coaching and management consultancy.
